Another 'surprise' after the Islam test..lecturer want us to do the presentation the following week. We didn't expect the presentation will be that soon, thought maybe will be towards the end of the semester. Luckily my group wasn't the 1st group to present.
Later at night..comes the Networking test. What kind of subject is tis? Where we need to study about how the computer interact with each other..I'm not a computer, expect me to understand and explain how it works! Gosh!! Right after the test, I went out to Taman U to hunt for 'bao' with a group of my coursemates..With our own transportation around, we can go anywhere we want. Feeling kinda crazy coz the whole group of us jz went out to hunt for 'bao', but it was fun after all.
Mission Accomplish!! Successfully hunt for 'bao'.
KDSE on fire??!! Faster, run for ur life!!
Smoke coming out from all the blocks in my hostel..wondering what is going on?? My hostel on fire? No lar..the fogging process was carried out in my hostel. Guess maybe someone in my hostel kena dengue, that's the only reason they will so rajin-ly carry out this fogging process.
The part that I hated most was..they carried out this process during dinner time. Where we had already cooked our dinner and prepared to eat. Suddenly, there was the sound of siren and announcement..instructed us to come out of our block asap! Another 'surprise' again.
Crazy us! Don't think we can be that calm if our block was really on fire! Still manage to grab our laptop, books & even food! I guess this can only happened in Forbidden KDSE.
Went to Sutera Mall, Skudai last Saturday. Since Junne got her car with her, we plan to go there by our own even through we were not sure about the direction. Who cares, 'hiong-hiong lai', just go 4 it! So, we surfed Google Maps to get some directions. But in the end, we found out Google Maps wasn't useful at all. Where it gives all the name of the jalan, how are we suppose to know which jalan is which! In a more practical way, we'd decided to call my housemate, KeXin as she knows the direction better. Finally, we'd reached the destination. Phew~
Yeah! Mission Accomplish again! Arrived safely at Sutera Mall.
Arrived there quite late, had our lunch+dinner at El-Migos. Nice restaurant with Mexican Pizzadillas, Cowboy Grill, Pasta and a lot more.
Inner-view of El-Mogos.
Hooray!! I'm going to a 3D2N church camp this coming Saturday. I'm looking forward for it and expecting something from this camp.
Finally, I get to run the DirectX10 using my laptop. Was struggling last week coz I cant run the program on my own laptop. Had to borrow my roommate laptop to finish my assignment, which is quite troublesome. All I need to do is just update the graphic driver..and the problem was solved. As simple as that. What makes me sick is that the lecturer don't even how to solve it and he himself don't even familiar in using it. And he expect us to stuggle by ourself and learn on our own. This is definitely not fair!!
My friend first brought me to the Nadeje located at Taman Melaka Raya. She recommended that the crepe was NICE~so we went there to try. Whua~the crepe was AMAZING! So smooth, so nice..it taste just nice, not too sweet. Don't know how to describe until you try it.
Crispy Hot Roll @ Dataran Pahlawan Melaka.
Time flies super fast esp in hometown. Happy moments just past like tat. Am back 2 UTM now..facing the battle everyday. Kinda busy this sem, lotz of assignments & tests coming up! Data Structure, Object Oriented Programming, Networking...sickening!
Struggling with programming...Lost my way in DirectX! Don't know wat's wrong with my laptop, cant run the DirectX program. That stupid teaching assistant is making me FRUSTRATED! Feel like a lost sheep now, lost my direction, heading no way! Oh God, if I'm the lost sheep, then you'll be my shepherd. May You be my guide and lead me through it!
Check this out! Michael Jackson Babies Dancing..so damn cute!
1. She was able to ride all the way back home
2. She wouldn't need to have surgery
3. She would still be able to work because it was her left arm (she's right-handed) that hurts
4. She has good bones, so her arms should heal find
It reminds me of a story that I'd once read in a book entitled 'Let's Teh-Tarik'. This man was grateful after he was robbed. He thank God because God had provided him enough that he wouldn't need to rob others!
These are people that rejoice in spite of trouble. Suffering eventually touches us all. As we realistically look for the good despite our bad circumtances, we can be grateful that God is holding us close. It is when we trust in His goodness that we find gladness.
My thoughts:
It's how we take it when bad things happened. Instead of grumbling and blaming others, try to look at it from a different angle, things will turn out to be better. Change the way you look at things and make a difference in your life. How you lead your life is always YOUR choice!
Be joyful always; pray continually;give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus. (1 Thess. 5:16-18)
